Request for Formal Quote – Brick Veneer Repairs at the New Bedford Hotel Apartments

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR WRITTEN QUOTES

The New Bedford Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors forBrick Veneer Repairs at the New Bedford Hotel Apartments    the Housing Type: Elderly 667-3, Development for the New Bedford Housing Authority in New Bedford Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by The New Bedford Housing Authority.

The Project consists of:   Repair/ replace approximately 100 square feet of brick veneer on the south side facade of the building.  The location is approximately 15 feet off the exterior grade.

The work is estimated to cost   $ 12,500.00

Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.30B §39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

All Quotes should be delivered to: 128 Union Street 4^th floor, New Bedford, MA 02740 or emailed to modteam@nbha-ma.org and received no later than the date & time specified above. Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed, or emailed.

Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $50.00 per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.

The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection between 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Monday – Saturday.
