The NEW BEDFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Camera Equipment Upgrade at

Shawmut Village; Dottin Place; DeMedeiros I; Harwich Manor; Westlawn; Satellite Village; Presidential; Brickenwood; Adams Street

in accordance with the documents prepared by NBHA.

The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacing Avigilon Cameras with new Avigilon Cloud based cameras at select locations. Installing and setup of cloud connectors at other locations.

The work is estimated to cost $65,000.00.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 11/28/2025 at 4:00PM EST.

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by

M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Sealed Bids will be received until 04 December 2025 at 2:00PM EST and publicly opened online, forthwith.

General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the NEW BEDFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
