The purpose of this RFQ is to contract with a qualified, experienced contractor provide labor and equipment required to provide APARTMENT RECONDITIONING AT 103 Aries Dr. (Amp 80) 93 Libra Drive (AMP 80) and 93 Griffin Court (AMP 10) as listed and specified in the enclosed documents. The contractor must complete and turn over all three apartments to NBHA within ten (10) working days after notice of award. Work under this contract requires a contractor to furnish all labor and pay the correct wage rate(s), tools, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work described herein, in accordance with all specifications and requirements.

Quotes will be accepted at the New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), Procurement Office, until the date and time noted below. Quotes may be hand delivered, mailed, faxed and/or e-mailed. Immediately following the deadline listed below for accepting quotes, the results will be recorded, posted in the Procurement Office, 128 Union Street, 4^TH Floor, New Bedford, Mass., 02740 and e-mailed to all bidders for;
