The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide CAMERA EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT (NBHA #026-2026) located on NBHA owned developments. Bid Documents are available at the NBHA Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4^TH Floor New Bedford MA 02740. Bidders may obtain a set of Bid Documents by e-mailing their contact information to the Procurement Agent at; kevin.rego@nbha-ma.org. Only Sealed bids will be accepted, at the NBHA Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4^TH Floor New Bedford MA 02740, until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday March 5, 2026 at which time and place said bids will be opened, witnessed and the results distributed via e-mail thereafter. If at the advertised time scheduled for the bid opening the NBHA Procurement Office is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, snow, ice, wind or building evacuation, then the bid opening will be postponed until 2:00 p.m. on the next regularly scheduled business day and all bids will be accepted until that day and time. The NBHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
