NBHA 23-117 TRASH COMPACTOR REPLACEMENT AT N.B. HOTEL RFQ
The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from qualified contractors to provide Trash Compactor Replacement at the 725 Pleasant Street, (New Bedford Hotel) public housing site in New Bedford Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder, upon notification to proceed with the work, will be required to complete this project within thirty (30) calendar days. The estimated contract cost for this project is $18,000. The successful bidder will provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment required to accomplish the work described herein, in accordance with all specifications and requirements. The successful bidder is also required to remove and properly dispose of all demolished debris. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with the Authority, a copy of which is included.
