EXTERIOR PAINTING at Church Street I

The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from qualified contractors to provide EXTERIOR PAINTING at Church Street I (NBHA-22-111) State aided public housing (DHCD) development in New Bedford Mass. in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder, upon notification to proceed with the work, will be required to complete this project within ten (10) calendar days. The estimated contract cost for this project is $27,000.
Bid Documents will be available from NBHA Procurement Office, 128 Union Street, 4TH Floor, New Bedford, Massachusetts 02740 between regular business hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays (or any other office closure) beginning May 11, 2022. Bidders may obtain Bid Documents by e-mailing their contact information to James F. Costa, Procurement Agent, at james.costa@nbha-ma.org.
In order to be accepted, Quotes must be delivered to the New Bedford Housing Authority Procurement Office 128 Union Street 4TH Floor New Bedford Massachusetts 02740, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 26, 2022.
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A (2)(B) & to Massachusetts prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive, each where applicable.
The Authority will reject any and all bids when required to do so by the above referenced General Laws. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days upon opening of bids without the consent of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
